President Commisioner

Indonesian citizen, 53 years of age. Obtained a Master’s Degree in General Management and Information Technology from Bina Nusantara University in 1996. Completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering at the University of New South Wales in 1993. Has held the position of President Commissioner of the Company since 2018 until now. Currently also serving as Director at PT M Cash Integrasi Tbk (2017 – Present), PT NFC Indonesia Tbk (2018 – Present), PT Digital Mediatama Maxima (2019 – Present), and Commissioner of PT Bumilangit Entertainment (2020 - Present). He was appointed as the Company’s President Commissioner in 2018.

He serves as the President Commissioner of the Company based on the Deed of Resolution of the Meeting of PT NFC Indonesia Tbk Number 11 on November 25, 2025. This position marks his second term, having previously served as the President Commissioner of the Company since April 13, 2018, based on the Deed of Resolution of the Meeting of PT NFC Indonesia Tbk Number 88. Beliau memiliki pengalaman sebagai Corporate Account Executive di OGCI, Houston, Texas, Amerika Serikat (1994— 1995), Marketing Manager di PT Barata Nusatama Prima di OGCI (1995—1997), Direktur di PT Kresna Cakra Unika (1997—1999), Direktur di PT Kresna Graha Sekurindo Tbk (1999—2015), dan Direktur di PT Kresna Graha Investama Tbk (2015—2022). Beliau memegang jabatan sebagai Direktur Perusahaan sejak 2018 hingga sekarang. Beliau juga menjadi Direktur PT M Cash Integrasi Tbk (2017—sekarang), Komisaris Utama di PT Digital Mediatama Maxima Tbk (2019— sekarang), dan Komisaris PT Bumilangit Entertainment (2020—sekarang).

Independent Commissioner

Indonesian citizen, 45 years of age. Obtained her Diploma III Degree from Saint Mary College, Jakarta, in 2000. She serves as the Independent Commissioner of the Company based on the Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolutions of PT NF C Indonesia Tbk Number 11 on November 25, 2025. This is her second term, as she previously held the position of Independent Commissioner of the Company since April 13, 2018, based on the Deed of Statement of Meeting Resolutions of PT NFC Indonesia Tbk Number 88. She has experience as a Finance staff at PT Agapindo Sukses Sejati (2001–2007), Finance Manager at PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara (2008–2014), and Finance Manager at PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara (2014–2018). She has served as an Independent Commissioner of the Company since 2018.
